Refund and Returns Policy
At Iron Craft, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- The product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return & Exchange Method
- Customers are responsible for providing the product back to Iron Craft either by mail or in-store.
- A return label is included in the package, free of charge.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through your original payment method.
- There are no restocking fees for returned items.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days, provided the product meets the new/unused condition requirement.
- Exchanges are applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
5. Other Conditions
- Non-returnable items include clearance sale products, discounted items, and gift cards.
- Original invoice must be presented at the time of delivery or warranty claim.
- This policy applies only to orders within Pakistan.
